Many local Chapters and Junior Leader Clubs will organize smaller one-day leadership seminars called PATH* to Leadership (*Practices And Teachable Habits) in their hometowns. These provide a way of putting leadership skills into practice and bringing our exciting experience to more young people. THE PATH*TO LEADERSHIP PATH Seminars are designed as 1, 2 or 3-day leadership development resources for high schools to use to stimulate and educate their potential youth leaders. By introducing them to the abilities and attitudes of responsible leadership, this training can help them acquire the practical skills, the commitment to leadership and the motivation to serve. The full training is centered on seven modules to help young people understand themselves, appreciate others, and learn how to organize themselves for positive action. The training has practical applications for student governments, service learning or campus service clubs. TRAIL also offers training curriculums on a fee-for-service basis. We would be happy to talk to you about our in-school youth leadership training. We can work with you to accommodate most local budgets. To receive more information, call or email Patrick McCarthy.
